Among them, hard-track CNC lathe has successfully gained the favor of the majority of manufacturers with its excellent automation performance, excellent and stable accuracy and sensitive and diverse functions. In its use we need to pay attention to these five points.
● 1, in the case of ensuring that the chassis is stable and the line is normally connected, the CNC machine tool can start working, and then do not rush to unload. First, check whether the damaged machine is working normally. At this time, you can inquire whether the movement of the damaged machine is normal, whether the noise is too large, whether the claim time is too long, etc., if possible, roughly check whether the claim current is normal, etc..
● 2, hard rail new CNC lathe environment temperature does not exceed 30 ℃, relative temperature does not exceed 80%. Generally speaking, CNC electronic control box is equipped with an exhaust fan or cooling fan to maintain the working temperature of the electronic components, especially the CPU is constant or the temperature difference is very small. Excessive temperature and humidity will reduce the service life of the control system components and lead to an increase in failures, increased temperature and humidity, and increased dust can lead to bonding and short-circuiting of integrated circuit boards.
● 3, query whether the CNC lathe is normal operation, should be the initial step by step out of the material, out of the material to query whether the feed is normal. Continuous and stable feeding of hard-track machine tools is an important factor in choosing the size of the working power. In the case of the machine and the environment wood fixed, stable continuous feeding can go CNC lathe unit time output value.
● 4, the location of hard rail CNC lathe should be away from the source of vibration, to avoid the influence of direct sunlight and heat radiation, and to avoid the influence of humidity and airflow. When there is a vibration source around the lathe, a vibration-proof ditch should be set up around the lathe. Otherwise, it will directly affect the machining accuracy of the lathe and not disorganized order, resulting in poor contact and failure of electronic components.
● 5, before using hard rail CNC machine tools, in order to ensure the availability of the machine tool and reduce the failure rate of the machine tool, we need to carry out some simple checks and preparations for the machine tool. Specific operations are as follows:
(1) After the lathe is received, use the cotton cloth or silk cloth soaked with cleaning agent to wipe off the anti-rust oil or anti-rust paint coated on the lathe when it is shipped from the factory for the protection of the guideway surface and the machining surface, and apply lubricating oil according to the product specification on all sliding surfaces of the machine tool and the working surface.
(2) Check whether the various parts of the lathe is oiled according to the requirements of the machine tool hydraulic station and automatic room lubrication device oil injection is in line with the standard, the cooling box coolant is sufficient, the switch in the electronic control box and components are normal, plug-in integrated circuit board is in place.
